Kota Gushikeis is a Japanese designer & brand of genderless knitwear.
He has graduated at University of the Arts London, Central Saint Martins Collage of Arts and Design BA (Hons) Fashion Design Knitwear in 2016.
His graduate collection was selected as Top 6 Central Saint Martins BA Graduates of 2016 by Business of Fashion.
Experienced as an intern of knitwear department at Christian Dior (Paris, France), Proenza Schouler (New York, U.S.A), Christian Wijnants (Antwerp, Belgium), Modateca Deanna (San Martino in Rio, Italy) while he was at college.
Started his own brand from the 2019 AW season. Won the TOKYO FASHION AWARD 2024.
The brand concept is knitwear for human beings.
